2. Dental Insurance
We file claims to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. If you do have insurance, please email a photo of the front and back of your insurance card to info@springbrookdentistry.com. This will help to make your experience as seamless as possible.
We are a Preferred Provider for the following plans:
Iowa Medicaid Children (18 or younger)
Don't see your plan listed? We work with nearly all insurance plans and can file your dental claim, so there is no hassle on your part.
*Please note that we are not a Dental Wellness Plan/MCNA provider.
